⚠ Important Notice

We are delighted by the overwhelming response and enthusiasm shown by participants. We sincerely appreciate your interest and active participation.

However, due to limited space and time constraints, registrations received after 10:00 PM (28/03/2026) may not be accommodated if participation exceeds permissible limits.

Participation of such entries will be considered subject to availability of slots, based on the number of teams/players reporting by 10:00 AM on the day of the event.

Event-wise Participation Limits:

  • Basketball: Up to 6 College Teams
  • Volleyball: Up to 6 College Teams
  • Football: Up to 6 College Teams
  • Chess: Approximately 45–50 Participants
  • Athletics: Up to 5 Colleges

We request all participants to kindly report on time. Final participation will be based on availability and adherence to the schedule.

Important Instructions

  1. Team captains must register first for team sports. Team members will need their captain's UID to complete registration.
  2. Eligibility: Participants must be currently enrolled in a recognized university or college. Only students are permitted to register.
  3. Participation Criteria: All sports events are restricted to female participants. Chess is open to both male and female participants.
  4. Identity Verification: A clear and legible image of a valid college ID card must be uploaded. Incomplete or unclear submissions may be rejected.
  5. Registration Fees: Team Sports (Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Kho Kho): ₹1700 per team. Individual Sports (Athletics and Chess): ₹120 per participant.
